Unreal Meetup Denmark invites you to a new edition of Future Cinema — an evening dedicated to how Unreal Engine is shaping modern filmmaking, virtual production, sports broadcasting, and esports.
This year’s meetup goes even deeper into real-time cinematics, motion & performance capture, virtual production pipelines, and live broadcast workflows, with talks from leading industry professionals working at the intersection of film, games, and real-time technology.

Jonathan Jürs is a Technical Artist at Viaplay, working at the intersection of real-time graphics, virtual production, and live sports broadcasting. He focuses on Unreal Engine–driven workflows that enhance visual storytelling and production efficiency in modern broadcast environments.

Mikael Jæger Jensen
Virtual Production Supervisor / Freelance Consultant
Mikael Jæger Jensen is a Virtual Production Supervisor and freelance consultant specializing in cinematic pipelines in Unreal Engine. His expertise spans motion, stunt, and performance capture, MetaHuman workflows, previs, and advanced cinematic toolsets, helping productions bring digital characters and environments to life in real time.

Bjarke Aagaard
Graphic Specialist, Milk & Honey
Bjarke Aagaard works as a Graphic Specialist at Milk & Honey, contributing to large-scale esports productions for titles such as Fortnite and Rocket League. He specializes in real-time graphics, broadcast visuals, and Unreal Engine–based workflows for live events viewed by millions worldwide.

Henrik Schönau-Fog
Associate Professor, PhD, Aalborg University
Henrik Schönau-Fog is an Associate Professor at Aalborg University and a researcher in visual storytelling, virtual production, and real-time technologies. He is a driving force behind the ViZARTS initiative, which connects filmmakers and Unreal Engine specialists to explore new creative and educational approaches to modern film production.
